Cornell University is proud to announce the fifth year of the Presidential Life Science Fellowship program. These highly prestigious awards are intended to support students interested in life sciences research and will be awarded on a competitive basis. The programs caters to highly motivated students. During the first year of graduate study, awardees will be afforded special opportunities for exposure to a broad range of disciplines, both through presentations by faculty and through rotations in various laboratories across campus. After exposure to diverse scientific opportunities, fellows will be able to decide at the end of their first year whether to remain in their initial Graduate Field or to pursue a program offered by a different Graduate Field. Students who have been accepted by one of the participating Graduate Fields are eligible for the Fellowships. If you are interested in the Presidential Life Science Fellowship program, you should apply for admission to one of the Fields (click on Full Story to view a complete list of participating fields) and indicate to the Field’s Director of Graduate Studies that you wish to be nominated for the Fellowship competition.
